These terms and conditions reflect an agreement between the Sumedha Institute of Technology and Student. By accepting the Institute conditions mutually accountable for any following actions.
Sumedha Design Systems Pvt. Ltd. is the registered company name however, clients and suppliers may recognize and identify the company by Trade name, Sumedha Institute of Technology.
Common terms:
- Right of admission is reserved by the Sumedha Institute of Technology.
- Admission blocking can be done only after paying the Initial amount of token fee.
- A mutual consent agreement will be signed from both Institute and student.
- Training Non-Disclosure agreement also will be Mutual consent agreement.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Registration Charges are inclusive in Course Fees.
- Registration Charges will be considered as INR 5,000/- which is non-refundable, in any condition.
- Fee once paid is not refundable.
- In case Sumedha Institute of Technology cancels an event, a 100% refund will be paid to the candidate.
- If the Cancellation is done by a candidate 10 days or less to the training and hasn't appeared for lectures, no refund will be made but as a courtesy, the candidate can attend the future training course within six months of the cancellation date depending upon the batch availability.
- Sumedha Institute of Technology, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness, or natural calamities (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)
- Training material & Tool Access would be given once only the full installments amount is paid.
- In the case of refund, taxes amount will not be refunded.
- Students are expected to retain the receipts and other details for future references.
- No refund will be provided on discounted courses.
Right to Reserve:
- Institute holds the right to cancel any admission even during the course if they do any malpractice.
- In our sole discretion, Sumedha Institute of Technology holds the right to not serve candidates if he/she is found violating the company policies or found sharing the training material.
- Sumedha Institute of Technology holds the right to revise these Terms in its sole discretion at any time, without prior notice to you other than by posting the revised Terms on website.
Job Assistance Regulations:
- Students who clear the screening only would be eligible for this 100% Job Assistance, it's not valid for any other sort of admission.
- Students who comes under a mutual consent of making an agreement that who couldn't reach Corporate Standard in screening still interested to pursue the course. We accept the admission and provides an opportunity of getting promoted to 100% job Assistance by reaching Corporate Standard through our continuous internal evaluations.
